Wilmington University History

Wilmington University is a private university that is situated in Wilmington, Manor, Delaware. The university has six of its campuses in different locations. The university was founded in the year 1968 by Dr. Donald E. Ross. The university initially started as a charter school with only 190 students but over the period of time, the university grew to have 10,000 students enrolled in the university. In 2007, it finally became Wilmington University after the recommendation of its board of trustees. Today, the university has an enrollment of 20,000 students from all around the globe.
