Application Completed Secondary School Examinations or High School Diploma Official transcripts. Complete four years of science courses and four years of math courses at the high school level. Achieve a cumulative high school GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale. Obtain a rank in the top 25 percent of your high school class. Achieve a minimum SAT score of 1220 (new SAT)/1150 (old SAT) or ACT composite score of 25. Provide evidence of academic and personal potential, and a desire to become a podiatrist. One letter of recommendation Official copies of academic records from each secondary/high school attended accompanied by official, literal English translations. TOEFL iBT: 79 or IELTS 6.5 overall. Statement of Purpose Submit the affidavit of support form which is required for verification of financial resources in order to issue the I-20. Original bank statements verifying account balances & Original letters from bank officials written in English on bank letterhead verifying the account holder, account number and current balance in U.S. dollars.
