Program Overview

The Department of Public Health offers a Bachelor of Science in Health (BSH) with a Public Health concentration and required minor in Health Education. The purpose of the Public Health program is to provide students with the knowledge and skills needed for entry-level public health positions, Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) certification, and graduate studies. The UNF Public Health Program is dedicated to providing a quality educational experience through excellence in research, teaching, and service and with meaningful partnerships with the local public health community.
