Radiology technologists are involved in direct patient care. Radiographers position imaging equipment and adjust controls to produce diagnostic quality images and assist radiologists in performing specialized imaging procedures. Radiographers work in a variety of settings including hospitals, diagnostic centers, doctor's offices, clinics, and orthopedic practices.
