Program Overview

The mission of the BS in Mathematics is to educate students in the traditional mathematical disciplines so that students will be prepared to Pursue a graduate degree, or enter a career in mathematics. The BS in Mathematics is distinct from the BS in Secondary Education Mathematics in that the course of study requires a capstone course in which the student will apply mathematical knowledge in an independent research project.

Complete Online Application, Official copy of high school transcripts or GED scores, minimum GPA of 3.0 , Request Official SAT or ACT scores from their sites:SAT, ACT, Personal Statement, Submit Two Letters of Recommendation completed by a professor/teacher, employer, or pastor, Resume of extracurricular activities, Submit the necessary Health Forms, final transcripts from your guidance counselor after graduation, Completion of a TEAS exam (ATI) and a score of 60. The TEAS may be taken a maximum of two (2) times to achieve this score, Submit official transcripts of all college coursework from all institutions you've attended
