Study in Athletic Training provides you the theoretical knowledge and clinical skills needed to become a certified and licensed athletic trainer.Athletic trainers are health care professionals who collaborate with physicians to optimize activity and participation of patients and clients.The services provided by ATs include prevention, emergency care, clinical diagnosis, therapeutic intervention, and rehabilitation of injuries and medical conditions.Students will work side-by-side with experienced ATs, sports medicine physicians, and other health care professionals in various clinical settings while completing a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training.
