The University of Hartford Philosophy Department is committed to the following principles: Relevance to human life. Philosophy has a place in the University curriculum precisely because it makes a difference. Methodologically, it promotes clear, systematic thinking. Most importantly, it helps satisfy the human need for understanding and the constructive use of intelligence and imagination.
Completed High School with a score of 70% (out of 100), IELTS of 6.0, TOEFL ibT of 80, Pearsons of 58, Letters of Recommendation, GCSE or GCE English Pass (syllabus A) with grade of A, B or C, Mathematics, Natural/Physical Science and Social Science, GPA of 2.75 (out of 4.0), IB English A1 or A2 with grade of 3 or higher, Academic Records and transcripts, IB English A1 or A2 with grade of 3 or higher, SAT Evidence based reading / writing 480 or higher.
