Students who choose the prelaw program will connect early with the universitys PreLaw Advising Program The university is creating a FirstYear Experience program aimed at incoming students who indicate an interest in law If youre selected for the program,youll live in the same dorm with other prelaw students,take selected courses together and participate in prelaw and lawbased activities together Youll partner with a prelaw adviser who is a professor and an attorney and former students who are attending law school Those mentors will help you improve your chances in the highly competitive law school admissions process
