The degree of Bachelor of Science in Biology requires successful completion of 120 semester hours including (1) the General Education Program; (2) the Core; (3) the Cognate; (4) the declared Emphasis courses; (5) the Directed Electives courses; and (6) a program of electives or a minor as worked out with the student’s advisor; students are encouraged to pursue elective courses and/or minors that add diversity and breadth to their program of study.
Application At least a 2.0 grade-point average and either a composite ACT score of 18 or a combined SAT score of 960. Applicants must provide official copies of academic records from all secondary, pre-university programs, and colleges/universities attended. TOEFL iBT: 60 or IELTS 6.0 overall.
