Bs ms physics in New mexico institute of mining and technology

Students of Physics are encouraged to pursue a broad scientific background and to master theory as well as experiment. The fundamental courses are offered in the principal areas of physics---atomic and nuclear physics, classical mechanics, electricity and magnetism, optics, quantum mechanics, statistical physics, and thermodynamics.

Students who wish to pursue a degree at New Mexico Tech must have graduated from secondary school with the equivalent of a 2.5 grade point average. GRE general exam is required for most programs.
