Program Overview

All students are required to complete at least 40 hours in college-level psychology course work. At least 20 of the 40 semester hours must be taken at Florida Atlantic University, and a minimum of 37 semester hours of the 40 hours must be upper-division (3000-4000 level). Up to 9 hours of lower-division psychology course work may be applied to the psychology major upon approval of the department.
