AIC students who major or minor in Sociology learn about the differences and similarities between human groups, and how those factors change over time.As part of the social sciences, sociology increases the awareness of the impact that group behavior has on the individual. Students will learn sociological concepts, demonstrate use of sociological explanations, and develop an ethical understanding of cultural relativism and social justice.
Require a transcript(s) for each year of your secondary and post-secondary education. If your transcript isn t in English, a translation is required, If English isn t your native language, you need to demonstrate English proficiency, most commonly through a test such as the TOEFL, minimum qualifying score for the TOEFL is 80 iBT, SAT/ACT scores and letter of recommendation, course-by-course credit evaluation from an independent, Personal statement, Letter of recommendation
