Program Overview

The Ceramics emphasis will teach you about technical and conceptual issues, incorporating both traditional and contemporary techniques. In the program, you'll discover that clay sculpture and studio pottery-making can be a springboard for new forms of artistic expression and contemporary image-making. You'll also have the unique opportunity to display your artwork in numerous shows, exhibits, convocations and galas on campus and in the community. By joining the Student Art League, you can hone your professional development skills and learn more about what it means to be a professional artist.
