"This degree is designed for students seeking secondary certification in Dance. These students typically become dance instructors in the public schools and/or private schools/studios. Students will focus on teaching methods/philosophies and receive ""hands on"" experience with teaching. Students are required to take Curriculum courses and be a Student Teacher in a public school during their senior year. Students must audition for admittance into the program. Students must have and maintain a 2.75 GPA."
