The B.F.A. curriculum exposes students to a full range of aesthetic and intellectual pedagogy. Students are encouraged to develop a personal style, insight, and understanding of the nature of the materials they choose to work with: charcoal, pastel, colored pencil, graphite, and others. Courses include but are not limited to drawing, figure & anatomy, color & composition, art history, 3D design, painting, aqueous media, and several studio electives. Students present an exhibition before graduation that demonstrates their achievement in developing a mature and cohesive body of work.
