Program Overview

The students of the Digital Art concentration will investigate several modes of digital media production, including: animation, game design, user experience art and design, video production, digital drawing and painting, 3D modeling and digital imaging. These subjects will be taught from a contemporary fine arts perspective that encourages experimentation and development of a creative voice within the framework of the most current professional practices. Contemporary art offers a vantage point to see a broad view of possibilities within digital media, helping bestow the analytical and pioneering skills needed to be successful in the field.
