This program will provide you with the key skills and knowledge to promote and maintain the health and safety of employees in an organization. The program addresses the roles and responsibilities of an occupational health and safety practitioner including risk management, hazard recognition control and prevention, and safety management systems in the workplace.
Official high school transcript, Grade 12 diploma or equivalent, with credits at or above the general level. Basic computer skills are also strongly recommended. Resum , including work and volunteer experience with applicable dates, membership in groups, associations or athletics, awards and distinctions, and any other information about yourself relevant to the program. TOEFL internet based minimum 85 or IELTS Academic score of 6.0. Any certificates or training that is relevant to the program.
Graduates will be prepared for career opportunities as entry-level practitioners in Occupational Health and Safety in a variety of industries and organizations.
