DU MARD trains participants in amicable dispute resolution methods: negotiation, mediation, conciliation, collaborative law, participatory procedure assisted by a lawyer.
Statement of purpose; Copy of your identity card or passport; Curriculum Vitae; Copy of high school leaving certificate; Copy of University Degrees; University Transcript of Records; Passport size photo; FOR EU CITIZENS: a copy of your European Health Insurance Card; Proof of English proficiency at least at CEFR B2 level : A minimum of 180 ECTS credits as well as certified working knowledge of the English language at least at B2 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages or 560 paper-based TOEFL or 87 internet-based TOEFL or equivalent test results are required.
