1 Higher at grade C or above PLUS 2 National 4 passes including English OR 1 A level at grade D or above PLUS 2 GCSE passes including English OR SVQ Level 3 in Hospitality Supervision and Leadership; City and Guilds Level 2 Diploma in Professional Food and Beverage Service; NC Events Co-ordination OR Foundation Apprenticeship Business Skills Prospective students without the standard entry requirements as listed above are encouraged to apply
