Centennial College's Food Science Technology program examines the many processes that food undergoes as it travels from the field to your fork. In this advanced diploma program, which is facilitated by the School of Engineering Technology and Applied Science, you gain theoretical, technical and practical training in the three fundamental disciplines of biology, chemistry and food science.
