Centennial College's Food Science Technology (Co-op) program prepares you for a food science career in areas including quality control/ assurance, laboratory analysis, product development and food safety with the added benefit of real-world experience. The courses in this advanced diploma program cover the disciplines of microbiology, chemistry, engineering, biology and nutrition to preserve, process, package and distribute foods that are healthy, affordable, desirable and safe to eat.
