Program Overview

This program develops students' skills in Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) and Building Information Modeling (BIM) skills. Students learn to analyze and apply the current practices of a 3D Integrated Design Process (IDP) and contribute to the design/build team utilizing Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) methods. Graduates will work on a wide variety of structures, highway construction and development work and apply qualifications from two disciplines to become more competitive in the job market and adaptive in the work place.

Additional Information & Requirements

Grade 12 graduation or equivalent, English 12 with a C (60%) or equivalent, or English Language Proficiency at the grade 12 level, Proof of English Proficiency IELTS- 6.5 score, TOEFL- 84 score, Pre-calculus 12 or Principle of Math 12 with a minimum grade of C (60%). Portfolios, Reference Letters,Application Fee (non-refundable) $145, official transcripts.
