Official transcripts, Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent or Academic and Career Entrance (ACE) certificate or General Educational Development (GED) certificate, Biology, English: Grade 12 or equivalent, Biology: Grade 11 or 12 with a grade 65% or higher or Chemistry: Grade 11 or 12 with a grade of 65% or higher, Introductory Kinesiology, Grade 11 or 12 or equivalent with a grade of 65% or higher, One day volunteer with a Registered Massage Therapist, Preparatory courses (4-months in duration): Introduction to Canadian Health Studies (ICHS)
