This two-year Ontario College Diploma program, delivered in a compressed 45-week format at the Perth Campus, supports the knowledge and skill development for individuals who are seeking an integrated approach to the design and construction of high performance, low energy homes. Sustainable Design-Build projects demand the skills and knowledge of industry professionals with significant hands-on training and experience in all aspects of the construction process - from design and energy modeling; to the layout and framing of floors, walls and roofs; to the installation of interior and exterior finishes.
Official transcripts, Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent or Academic and Career Entrance (ACE) certificate or General Educational Development (GED) certificate, English: Grade 12 or equivalent with a grade of 70% or higher, IELTS-5.5, TOEFL-IBT: 80 (with the minimum of 20 in each component: Reading 20; Listening: 20; Speaking: 20; Writing: 20)
