Program Overview

This training provides the essential rules for managing the employment contract. All the main stages of the employment contract, recruitment, execution and termination are studied from a practical angle. But, beyond the acquisition of knowledge, the objective is to allow anyone confronted with the application of labor law to develop the right reflexes and to identify the mistakes not to make. Emphasis will be placed in particular on current events, legal and jurisprudential responses evolving regularly.
