Program Overview

The DU Mediation & Arbitration of business conflicts aims, on the one hand, to teach the fundamentals of Mediation and Arbitration law applied to the field of business, on the other hand, to introduce to the practice of these alternative methods of conflict resolution. It aims to train participants in the knowledge and handling of the tools of mediation and arbitration, internal and international, which are used for the treatment of internal and external conflicts of the company.
