This course offers you more than just an accredited undergraduate accounting degree. It also gives you a Masters degree in finance, with the added option of completing the six professional modules required for accreditation by CPA Australia. The Master of Financial Analysis is based on a defined body of knowledge of proven relevance to the finance industry and is designed as a pathway to the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter, which has become known as the designation of professional excellence within the global investment industry. Within this course you have the option either of choosing to take, as electives, all six subjects required for the CPA professional exam program, or finance electives which will prepare you to sit the CFA Program exams.
Completion of Australian Year 12 or equivalent. IELTS (Academic) score of 6.0 with no individual band score less than 6.0, TOEFL Paper-based Test: Minimum score of 550 (min 5 in the test of written English), GCE A Levels - 7, International Baccalaureate - 24. A study score of at least 25 in English (EAL) or 20 in any other English and in Mathematics (any). Applicants with comparable qualifications will be considered.
