Before entering the combined BESc/JD degree program, students must have completed the first three years of the Civil Engineering program at Western (or equivalent). In addition to applying for the combined degree program through the Office of the Associate Dean - Academic of the Faculty of Engineering, students must also make a separate application to the Faculty of Law for admission into the JD program by the published deadline, May 1. In the application to the Law School, the applicant must indicate that he or she is applying to the combined BESc/JD program.
Three distinct A-Level (or four distinct AS-Level) traditional academic subjects with grades of A and/or B, GCSE/IGCSE (O-Level) results, IB of 28 including points awarded for the Extended Essay and Theory of Knowledge, TOEFL ibT of 83 with no score below 20, PTE of 58 no score less than 56, MELAB of 80 with no score less than 78, IELTS Academic of 6.5 with no part less than 6.0, CAN Test of 4.0, CAEL of 60, cumulative weighted average (CWA) of 80% or stand in the top 10% of the class, LSAT requirement
