Curriculum Structure

Year 1

Your first year builds a strong foundation in education, child development, and communication while introducing you to today's educational environments. You'll study subjects such as Communication Skills in an Educational Environment, Digital and Social and Emotional Learning, and Social Context and School Management, helping you understand how children learn and how schools function within society.

Year 2

The second year focuses on children's cognitive and personal development while strengthening your understanding of inclusive education and teaching practice. Core subjects include Personality Development (0–6 Years), Learning and Development, and Educational Psychology, preparing you to create engaging and supportive learning environments for diverse learners.

Year 3

In the third year, you'll move deeper into curriculum design and subject-specific teaching methodologies while gaining more experience in schools. You'll study modules such as Mathematics Learning, Language Learning and Literacy, and Natural and Social Sciences Teaching, developing effective strategies to teach core primary school subjects.

Year 4

The fourth year emphasizes professional practice, innovation, and specialization through advanced teaching methods and extensive school placements. Subjects including Educational Innovation, Teaching Practicum, and Attention to Diversity and Inclusion help you refine your classroom management, assessment, and inclusive teaching skills in real educational settings.

Year 5

Your final year integrates everything you've learned through advanced professional practice and independent research. You'll complete the Bachelor's Degree Final Project, undertake an extended Teaching Practicum, and study specialization subjects that prepare you for professional teaching across Early Childhood and Primary Education.
