Political decision making and the policies that arise from those decisions greatly impact the lives of the communities under their jurisdiction. If not done properly, well-intended policies can result in consequences that negatively impact generations of people living in a community. This double degree, which can be completed in just two and a half years, will give you skills you need for development, humanitarian, political and policy-related work in government organisations, in community and advocacy organisations, or work in media, law or government relations in Australia and overseas.
Australian level 7 bachelor's qualification or recognised equivalent in social sciences, behavioural or health sciences (with a social science background), or a related discipline, GPA of least 4.50 (out of 7.00), IELTS of 6.5 overall with minimum 6.0 in each band, or equivalent, senior secondary studies equivalent to the NSW HSC, one year of Australian or comparable tertiary study in a country of qualification, IB of 18, Bachelor degree which has been accredited by the professional accounting bodies in Australia, OWA of 55-66%, Completion of WASSC/SSC with B grade average in 5 relevant academic subjects
