Program Overview

The purpose of this dual degree offering is to equip graduates to assume leadership positions in a wide variety of divinity ministries and social service agencies and organizations. The program is designed to help graduates apply advanced social work knowledge and skills in addition to theological studies and Christian services to religious and social service agencies. The dual degree prepares graduates for positions that promote human rights and social and economic justice.The MSW MACS, MSW-MTS and the MSW MDiv degrees represent the Master of Social Work, Master of Arts in Christian Service, Master of Theological Studies, and Master of Divinity degrees.
