Program Overview

The Advanced DEP is aimed at students who are academically stronger than those students who have entered the standard DEP. The programme will help students to develop their subject knowledge whilst providing a firm foundation in IT, research and writing skills, academic English, and assessment and examination techniques. Students who complete the programme successfully will be able to progress directly into the first year of their chosen degree programme in January. Thereafter, they will complete the first year of their degree over two semesters and join the second year of their degree in September of that year.

British GCE/IGCSE CCCCC, Indian CBSE/HSSC or equivalent Year 11 70% / Year 12 - 55%, UAE Tawjihiyya 70%, US American High School Diploma 70% (without SAT), Africa WASSC (WAEC / NECO) 5 ,C4 grades, Philippine High School 80%, National Curriculum Russian / Kazakhstan (Attestat) with minimum grades of 4, IB MYP year 11 Minimum grades of 4. Students must achieve the overall grades stipulated, and these grades must include relevant subjects. Relevant subjects include: Mathematics, Physics (Chemistry for students who wish to do Chemical Engineering) and English, IELTS 5.5
