Program Overview

At Worcester, we focus on a person-centred counselling model. Throughout the programme, you will develop the skills required to provide the empathetic and transparent therapeutic relationship that is the basis of the person-centred approach. This foundation degree will equip you with everything you need to practice as a counsellor in a number of settings, as well as providing an ideal opportunity for those who would like to enhance their current role with qualified counsellor status.

Additional Information & Requirements

A Level 3 qualification in Counselling Skills (minimum of 120 hours tuition, which includes both theory and skills). Passes at C/4 and above in 4 GCSE subjects, including English Language or equivalent. All offers are subject to satisfactory Health and Enhanced DBS Disclosure Clearances.An IELTS of 6.0 (with no less than 5.5 in each component).
