The Foundation Year in Computing and Engineering is an option provided for individuals who are not yet eligible for degree-level study in computing or design engineering. It is a part of a four-year course that includes the one-year foundation program.
Throughout the foundation year, you will gain knowledge about the utilization of computers by a diverse range of people and organizations. Additionally, you will acquire essential software development skills and an understanding of hardware. You will also develop relevant mathematical and statistical abilities, as well as improve your communication skills.
A combination of A-Level, BTEC and other accepted qualifications that total 56 -64 UCAS Tariff points.
You must have competence in English language to study with us. The most commonly accepted evidence of English language ability is IELTS 6.0 (with minimum 5.5 in all components).
