The Foundation Year in Economics provides an entry pathway to a business degree for individuals who do not currently meet the requirements for degree-level study. The course is taught by the same faculty who teach degree courses and is delivered through small-group seminars, workshops, and lectures. Throughout the course, you will have the opportunity to develop valuable transferable skills related to business, communication, and problem-solving.

This is a four-year program, including the one-year foundation course. Upon successful completion of the foundation year, you will progress directly to one of our three-year degree courses in the relevant subject area.
