Program Overview

The Department of Rehabilitation Sciences offers a combined Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences/Master of Science in Prosthetics and Orthotics (MSPO). Graduates of the combined program (BS/MSPO) are prepared to meet the intellectual, social, cultural, and economic challenges of our changing healthcare system. Professionals in the field of prosthetics and orthotics design, fabricate, and fit orthopedic braces and artificial limbs for a broad range of clients from pediatric to geriatric.

Completed High School with a score of 70% (out of 100), IELTS of 6.0, TOEFL ibT of 80, Pearsons of 58, Letters of Recommendation, GCSE or GCE English Pass (syllabus A) with grade of A, B or C, Mathematics, Natural/Physical Science and Social Science, GPA of 2.75 (out of 4.0), IB English A1 or A2 with grade of 3 or higher, Academic Records and transcripts, IB English A1 or A2 with grade of 3 or higher, a minimum score of 500 each on the verbal and mathematics sections of the SAT. We expect a score of 21 on the ACT. Strong academic references are recommended.
