Program Overview

The Master in International Horticultural Science will be offered jointly by Alma Mater Studiorum - University of Bologna and Free University of Bozen-Bolzano, Faculty of Science and Technology. The master (laurea magistrale) has been developed to meet the present and future challenges of the horticultural sector. The programme is the result of a joint initiative of the University of Bologna, well known for its long tradition in higher education, and the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano, a young higher education institution with a trilingual profile. Students will experience multidisciplinary training and research-led teaching in subjects covering the main aspects of horticultural production and the supply chain. The programme will benefit from the collaboration with the horticultural industry.
