Flinders UniversityThe Master of Business (Human Resource Management) specialisation covers critical components of HRM relating to staffing and effective resource management in an international context. You will learn how to contribute to organisations in the area of performance management, recruitment and selection, leadership, and international Human Resource Management. It will provide you with specialised skills and knowledge to pursue a career in this discipline, which is vital to the overall success of a business. You will apply the concept of understandin the broader international business environment including gaining skills in accounting, finance, marketing and economics. The HRM specialisation is offered by the Flinders Business School.
