Online completed application form, applicants must have one of the following:a UTS recognised bachelor's degree, or equivalent, from one of the following disciplines: architecture, landscape architecture, urban design and regional planning, community development, property economics, property development,a completed UTS Graduate Certificate in Property and Planning with a credit average, ora completed UTS Graduate Certificate in Planning with a credit average,a completed UTS Graduate Diploma in Property Development with a credit average, or a completed UTS Graduate Diploma in Planning with a credit average, or a UTS recognised bachelor's degree at a pass level in unrelated study plus a minimum of two years' work experience in a profession associated with urban planning,CV (maximum three pages) outlining a minimum of two years' work experience in a profession closely related to urban planning,Academic IELTS: 6.5 overall with a writing score of 6.0; or TOEFL: paper based: 550-583 overall with TWE of 4.5, internet based: 79-93 overall with a writing score of 21; or AE5: Pass; or PTE: 58-64; or CAE: 176-184.
