University of WollongongThis course gives professionals working in logistics, supply chain management, project management, and operations management the knowledge and skills to succeed in a rapidly changing business environment. Logistics/ Supply chain management enable the student to successfully manage the flow of materials and information within and between organisations and other relevant stakeholders. Project Management equips students with the skills and knowledge to deliver on large scale projects as well as continuous improvement within an organisation. Students will learn how to diagnose existing processes and supply chains and how to implement a supply chain strategy within an organisation. Additionally, skills and capabilities are developed on project planning, execution and revision.
