Program Overview

The Master of Information and Communication Technology will give you the advanced skills and knowledge you need to take the next step in your ICT career. In second year, you'll collaborate with a small team to plan and develop an industry-focused software or IT project. You'll also get to choose from a large selection of computer science, electronic engineering and networking elective subjects to deepen your knowledge in areas that interest you. Throughout the course you ll learn to develop smart solutions to real problems in a collaborative team setting, graduating with the full suite of relevant skills and knowledge required to get ahead in the global ICT job market. Among other things, you'll learn about project management, system design, testing and documentation.

Additional Information & Requirements

The minimum entry requirement is successful completion of a relevant Australian Bachelor degree (or international equivalent) in computer science, information technology, computer engineering, or communication/telecommunication engineering with a substantial learning in computer science content. Applicants must also have obtained a minimum score of 6.5 with no individual band score less than 6.0 in IELTS (Academic), or an equivalent English language test. TOEFL Paper-based Test: minimum score of 575 (minimum score of 5 in the Test of Written English).
