This course enables advanced study or research majoring in one of the sub-discipline areas within exercise science with particular emphasis on movement science, biomechanics, exercise physiology, motor learning, pedagogy, health and sport psychology. A range of units are offered to accommodate students from differing backgrounds while also permitting specialisation in the above sub-disciplinary areas within the field of exercise science.

A relevant bachelor's degree of this University with first class or second class honours with an average mark of at least 70 per cent, or equivalent as recognised by the Faculty; a relevant Graduate Diploma in Science of this University with a research component of at least 50 per cent of the course with an average mark of at least 70 per cent in both the research and coursework components of the graduate diploma, or equivalent as recognised by the Faculty, English language competence; Test scores: TOEFL, IELTS, PTE, CAE
