Year 1

Year 2

The second year builds advanced journalism practice and professional expertise through further core and elective studies, with a strong focus on producing work suitable for a professional portfolio. Students complete a 12-credit-point capstone/applied component and can explore specialist areas such as international communication, public policy and political communication, health communication, screen and cultural industries, or environment and sustainability.
