The Master of Health Leadership and Management is designed for practising health professionals seeking to develop their leadership and management skills. This flexible program allows students to build upon their existing competencies and to tailor a Master s program to suit their professional development requirements. The program delivers the following: the leadership skills required to be an effective manager in the context of health care; the skills to critically evaluate and incorporate reflective practice in a leadership role; and the ability to analyse and demonstrate the values of enabling skills.
