Year 1: Covers four core public health subjects: Foundations in Public Health, Epidemiology and Biostatistics in Public Health, Public Health Methods, and Health Economics, Policy and Promotion. Students then select electives or complete a specialisation in areas such as Social Systems, Big Data and Decision Science, Indigenous Health, Public Health Practice, Public Health Research, or Climate and Environment.

Professional Alignment (Accreditation): UOW is seeking accreditation with the Agency for Public Health Education Accreditation (APHEA).
