The Master of Commercial Law is for those working in roles that require a sound grasp of commercial law issues. The course focuses on areas that include corporate and competition law, banking and finance law, and tax law and allows students to choose from an extensive range of domestic and international commercial law units. Minimum 6.5 in IELTS Academic, Minimum 550 in TOEFL paper-based, Minimum 79 in TOEFL internet, Minimum 58 in PTE, Minimum 176 in CAE, Minimum 176 in CPE, Equivalent Australian Year 12, VCE: 30 in English (EAL) or 25 in English other than EAL, IB: At least 4 in English SL or 3 in English HL or 5 in English B SL or 4 in English B HL, A bachelor degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline, including business, economics, commerce or another relevant discipline plus sufficient relevant work-based experience or professional learning to provide the equivalent of a bachelor honours degree on one of those disciplines, as determined by the faculty.Applicants will be assessed on their entire academic record, with a credit average (or equivalent) preferred.
