Additional Information & Requirements

Juris Doctor or a Bachelor Honours degree in Law, or cognate equivalent or, Bachelor of Law or cognate equivalent plus either a Graduate Diploma in Law, a Graduate Certificate in Law, or an equivalent postgraduate qualification; or A Bachelor of Law or cognate equivalent plus sufficient relevant work-based or other learning that, in the opinion of the School, constitutes the equivalent of one of the above qualifications (normally at least 2 years experience in Australia or the international equivalent); or A Bachelor of Law or cognate equivalent plus admission to practice as an Australian lawyer (or international equivalent); IELTS (Academic) score of 6.5 with no individual band score less than 6.0, TOEFL iBT of 79 with 13 in Reading, 12 in Listening, 18 in Speaking and 21 in Writing, PTE Academic of 58 with no communicative skill score less than 50, CAE of 176 with no less than 169 in any component, CPE of 169 with no less than 169 in any component
