This three year full-time (six year part-time) graduate entry law degree provides high quality graduate-level education in the theory and practice of the law. The course focuses on the knowledge, legal skills and professional ethics expected of legal practitioners. Minimum 6.5 in IELTS Academic, Minimum 550 in TOEFL paper-based, Minimum 79 in TOEFL internet, Minimum 58 in PTE, Minimum 176 in CAE, Minimum 176 in CPE, Equivalent Australian Year 12, VCE: 30 in English (EAL) or 25 in English other than EAL, IB: At least 4 in English SL or 3 in English HL or 5 in English B SL or 4 in English B HL, An undergraduate degree (or equivalent) with at least a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 5.0 on a 7 point scale, or qualification/experience or satisfactory substitute that the faculty considers to be equivalent or An undergraduate degree (or equivalent) with at least a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 4.0 on a 7 point scale and LSAT score of 150+ (taken within 5 years prior to applying for admission) or If, in addition to a bachelor degree (or equivalent) the applicant has incomplete studies in a law admission degree course, a minimum GPA of 5.0 on a 7 point scale in the law studies, with no fail result in the final year, is required.
