Program Overview

The Master of Forensic Anthropology coursework enables students to undertake advanced studies in forensic anthropology, while developing an in-depth knowledge of the human skeleton. Students will gain a practical understanding of the scientist s role within the Australian legal system, and have the opportunity to explore various anthropological techniques using traditional and digital modalities. There is considerable diversity of research related to forensic anthropology, ranging from morphometrics through to computer-graphic facial reconstruction; inter-disciplinary research is encouraged.
