Year 2: Develops advanced clinical assessment and intervention skills, research capabilities and professional practice through advanced clinical psychology coursework, a research project and further supervised clinical placements.

Professional Alignment (Accreditation): The program is accredited by the Australian Psychology Accreditation Council (APAC). Graduates may meet the requirements for general registration as a psychologist, subject to any additional Psychology Board of Australia requirements, and can progress toward endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist.

Reputation (Employability): The program includes a minimum of 1,000 placement hours across simulated practice, University Psychology Clinics in Hobart and Launceston, and external community placements including clinics, forensic services, education settings and hospitals.
